Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on letsbett is ৳100 (the same for each method). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly once completed.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing takes 5–30 minutes. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
3.3 Fraudulent Transactions
letsbett reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or fraudulent transactions. In such cases, the account may be temporarily suspended and the transaction may be cancelled. If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, the associated account may be closed.
3.4 Taxes and Duties
You are solely responsible for paying any taxes or government duties applicable to your winnings. letsbett accepts no liability in this regard.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳22,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own validity period and conditions — please read them carefully.
- letsbett reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse is detected.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited.
- letsbett reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
- Bonuses cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirements have been met.
4.4 VIP Program
letsbett has four VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%) and Platinum (up to 0.8%). You can advance to higher tiers through continued play.
User Code of Conduct
5.1 Permitted Conduct
You must always act honestly and fairly while using the platform. Respectful behavior toward other users is required.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Any form of fraud or manipulation.
- Using bots, automation software or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.

5.3 Consequences of Prohibited Activities

Intellectual Property Rights
All content displayed on the letsbett platform — logos, designs, software, graphics, text and other materials — is the intellectual property of letsbett or its licensors. Copying, distributing, modifying or commercially using any part of this content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Game provider companies (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe) own the intellectual property rights to their respective games. These games are offered on the letsbett platform under agreements with the providers.
Limitation of Liability
7.1 Service Availability
letsbett strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, however temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, server upgrades or unforeseen circumstances. letsbett is not liable for such disruptions.
7.2 Third-Party Services
Payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer) are third-party service providers. letsbett is not responsible for any errors or delays in these services. The same policy applies to issues arising from game software providers.
7.3 Limitation of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, letsbett will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. letsbett's maximum liability for any claim you may have will not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the past 30 days.

10.3 Inactive Accounts
If no transactions occur for 12 months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may be applied to the balance of inactive accounts.

letsbett aims to resolve all disputes quickly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached through customer service, an alternative dispute resolution process may be followed. In the case of a dispute over a game result, the game provider's server logs will be considered as final evidence.
